Kimberly Paddock-O’Reilly, DHEd, MSW
Dr. Kimberly Paddock-O’Reilly joined Logan University in August 2014. She is a graduate of Purdue University School of Science at Indianapolis, Indiana University School of Social Work at Indianapolis, A.T. Still University and the Harvard University MLE program.
She has worked in higher education administration since 2005. She was the Associate Vice President of New Programs and Professor for Salem International University, Dean and Associate Professor of the ATSU School of Health Management and she served as the Associate Dean of Functional Faculty Hiring and Training for ITT Technical Institute’s Hybrid program.
Outside of higher education administration and teaching, her background is in social work. She enjoyed her time as a social and emotional service provider and has found ways to connect her social work skills and instincts to serving students and faculty.
She has presented at local, state, national and international conferences related to online learning and leadership. She enjoys volunteering in her community including service to Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Chaucie’s Place. She is a past board member for the Missouri Association of Social Welfare and a Peer Reviewer for the Higher Learning Commission. Her other service commitments include foster parenting, being active in her local church and coaching local youth sports.
