About Our Speaker

Dr. Angelita P. Howard is an adjunct professor at Logan University. Dr. Howard holds degrees in music, education and business. She has taught classes for Undergraduate, Graduate and Ph.D students. In addition to her role at Logan, Dr. Howard serves as Director for Online Education and Expanded Programs at Morehouse School of Medicine, where she has been integral in the development and implementation of strategic plans for online program expansion. Dr. Howard’s current research includes faculty teaching and learning, self-directed studies and the biotechnology industry. She most recently created a summer pipeline program built to expose people to the biotechnology industry. She currently teaches two courses in the DHPE program at Logan University including Diversity in Education and Leadership.
