The Thompson Technique Certification Program : Session #2 (36-hrs)

The Thompson Technique Certification program is a 36-hour program approved by the nonprofit J Clay Thompson Technique Foundation. The program is split into three weekends which include both classroom and hands-on learning focused on the location and adjustment of vertebral subluxation. The program is focused on utilizing the Derifield-Thompson leg check analysis and adjusting procedures performed on a drop table. A written and practical exam must be passed with an 80% or higher score and a testing fee of $350 must be paid directly to the J Clay Thompson Technique Foundation. All certified DCs will be added to the “doctor locator” feature on the Thompson Foundation website. The Thompson Technique Certification program explores the science, art and philosophy of Chiropractic through the lens of the Thompson Technique and is sure to be a valuable tool in your Chiropractic toolbox! The course is taught by the granddaughter of the late Dr. Thompson who will share many personal thoughts and stories that were passed down.

One must complete all three sessions to earn the certification.

  • Session #1: March 16-17, 2024
  • Session #2: April 20-21, 2024
  • Session #3: June 1-2, 2024

Instructor: Beth Zogg, DC, LCP

Beth Zogg DC LCP is a 1995 graduate of Life University Marietta. She practices in Iowa where she is the Representative for the ICA and serves as the Chair of the Representative Assembly. She is the president of the nonprofit J Clay Thompson Technique Foundation and is obtaining a Masters in Nonprofit Management and Leadership. She has taught Nutrition, and Anatomy & Physiology at a local community college as well as X-ray Analysis and Thermography at Life University. Dr. Zogg currently teaches seminars in Thermography and Thompson Technique.
