If you encounter technical difficulties during the ceremony, please try the following techniques to help restore the stream connection:
- Refresh your browser. You may need to try this a few times if the video stream is buffering.
- Try a new internet browser. Some internet browsers work better with the livestream than others. We recommend streaming the ceremony on Google Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge or Safari.
- Check your internet connection. A weak internet connection will impact the quality of the video stream.
If you are unable to view the livestream during the time of the ceremony, a recording will be available on this page for you to access at your convenience after the ceremony’s completion.
If you are having audio problems and are using a Bluetooth device make sure it is properly connected to the device in use and disconnected from any Bluetooth devices not in use.
