According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the athletic training field is project to grow 21% between 2014 and 2024 – faster than the average of all other occupations. Athletic training is recognized by the American Medical Association, Health Resources Services Administration and the Department of Health and Human Services as a health care profession.
