Enrollment Management

The Division of Enrollment Management is led by Dr. Boyd A. Bradshaw and includes the offices of admissions, financial aid, student services, career services, interactive media, integrated marketing and communications, and registrar.

Dr. Bradshaw joined Logan College of Chiropractic/University Programs in April 2011 from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Ind., where he served as vice president of the division of enrollment management. Previously, he was an adjunct professor and vice president of the division of enrollment at Saint Louis University for three years. Before joining SLU, he was assistant university provost for enrollment management at the University of Louisville. 

Dr. Bradshaw spent seven years at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville (SIUE), first as director of admissions and later as assistant vice chancellor for enrollment management. During his tenure at SIUE, he helped increase undergraduate applications by 82 percent over a four-year period. His academic background also includes work as program coordinator and assistant director of admissions for two years at Saint Louis University and as an admissions counselor and assistant director of orientation at Eastern Illinois University in Charleston.  

Dr. Bradshaw earned his doctorate in education with a concentration in higher education management at Saint Louis University. He holds both a Master of Science in Education and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Eastern Illinois University. He is a member of the National Association of Collegiate Admissions Counseling, the National Association of Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education and the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers. He is an experienced speaker on various topics at local, state, regional and national conferences, workshops and meetings including ACT Enrollment Planners and the College Board Regional Forum.

Integrated Marketing and Communication: Thomas Keller, Associate Vice President
Thomas F. Keller, M.A.Ed, serves as the associate vice president of integrated marketing and communication. He earned his Master of Arts in education at Washington University in St. Louis and his bachelor's degree at Webster University.

John-Herbert Jaffry, Registrar

Registrar: John-Herbert Jaffry
John-Herbert Jaffry serves as the registrar at Logan College of Chiropractic/University Programs. John completed his master of divinity at Christ Seminary-Seminex and his bachelor’s degree at Concordia Senior College, Fort Wayne, Ind.

James Paine, Dean of Student Services

Student Services: James Paine, Dean
James Paine serves as the dean of student services at Logan College of Chiropractic/University Programs. Dean Paine is currently completing doctoral studies in educational leadership at Saint Louis University. He completed his master's degree in higher education administration from the University of Missouri and his bachelor’s degree in management from Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Mo.

Linda Haman, Director Financial Aid

Financial Aid: Linda Haman, Director
Linda K. Haman, BS, MA, is the director of financial aid. She is currently pursuing her doctorate of education from Lindenwood University in educational leadership. She received a Master of Arts in organization management from Lindenwood University in 2005, and she has her Bachelor of Science in management and a minor in finance from Maryville University.

Career Development: Linda Kenny, Director
Linda Kenny, MA, was appointed director of Logan College of Chiropractic/University Program's Career Development Center in early 2008. She holds a master's degree in communication arts from Lindenwood University. 

Steve Held

Admissions: Steve Held, Director
Steve Held serves as director of admissions for Logan College of Chiropractic/University Programs. Steve completed his undergraduate work at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Before joining Logan Steve also worked in admissions and enrollment management at Southern Illinois University, Ranken Technical College and Saint Louis University.

Juliette T. Losapio, Interactive Media Manager

Interactive Media Manager, Juliette T. Losapio

Juliette brings experience in marketing, public relations and social media to the Division of Enrollment Management. She graduated from Rockhurst University with a degree in business communications and oversees the Logan website and social media.

  

 Toby HallExecutive Secretary, Toby A. Hall

Toby graduated from College of the Ozarks with a degree in communication arts with an emphasis in public relations. She assists Dr. Bradshaw and all departments in Enrollment Management.
