The Dr. William M. Harris Wellness Center provides students, faculty and staff ages 18 and older an opportunity to improve their wellness.
If you're interested in personal training, check out our indoor facility housing Star Trac treadmills, Precor ellipticals, Life Fitness bikes, Concept and Rower machines, Life Fitness weight circuit and various free weights, benches and accessories. The strength training area has been recently expanded, and we offer boot camp and cross-training classes. We also offer organized team sports!
Logan Sporting Events:
The Chiro Games is an athletic competition among Chiropractic colleges nationwide. Various sporting events included are: softball, flag football, basketball, soccer, volleyball, swimming, tennis, running, and golf.
The Scottish Games are a popular local St. Louis event that occurs every October. Logan is one of the sponsors of the athletic portion of the events.Logan students play an integral part in the monitoring of the well-being of the athletes. This event exposes students to the biomechanics of the body and brings chiropractic awareness to the community.
- We ask all of our guests to follow the Wellness Center rules and regulations. You must sign the Liability Waiver before your initial workout and sign in and out when using the facility.
- The Wellness Center also features several outdoor facilities for independent recreation including: softball field, tennis courts, soccer field, basketball court, two sand volleyball courts, 18-hole disc golf course and a quarter mile outdoor track. Sporting goods available for checkout: basketballs, volleyballs, tennis balls, softballs, bats, bases, as well as many other items.
- Students and their families may also enjoy special Logan rates at the Jewish Community Center, Club Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness, Wild Horse Creek Fitness, CrossFit Chesterfield, CrossFit Ballwin and UFC Chesterfield.
