The Human Resources Department at Logan University supports the mission to prepare Doctors of Chiropractic who are professionally competent, practicing primary care physicians by striving to attract and retain the most qualified individuals to become members of our Logan staff. The office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Benefits

Logan employees are eligible for a number of benefits including:

Health Insurance: Employees are eligible the first of the month following a 30 day waiting period. Currently, Logan utilizes United Healthcare and MetLife. Logan University pays a significant portion of the premium and the employee is responsible for a smaller portion.

Vacation: Logan employees are entitled to 2-4 weeks of vacation, dependent upon the position and length of service.

Birthday Float: In addition to vacation time, all Logan employees receive one floating birthday day per year.

Sick Time: Logan employees are eligible for seven sick days per year.

Short Term Disability: Logan employees have an option to purchase this benefit.

Long Term Disability: Provided by Logan University.

Life Insurance: Logan University provides life insurance for employees that is equal to one year's salary.

Optional Life Insurance: Logan employees are eligible to purchase additional life insurance for themselves, spouse and children.

Retirement: Logan employees may participate in Logan's 403(b) TIAA-CREF immediately upon employment. In addition Logan employees may participate in the 401(a) Profit Sharing on the first of the month, following one year of service.
