More than 70 Trimester 7 Students to Receive Their Logan Business Cards at February 7 Campus Ceremony

Logan College of Chiropractic/University Programs will recognize more than 70 students at a special Trimester 7 Card Ceremony scheduled Tuesday, Feb. 7, 2012 ,from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the William D. Purser, DC Center lobby on the Logan campus.
This ceremony celebrates several milestones for these honored students. It acknowledges that they have:

successfully completed the first six trimesters of the Logan Doctor of Chiropractic program;
- successfully completed the Competency Board Examinations;
- earned the privilege and the responsibility of serving as interns in the Logan Student Health Center, where they will provide health care services to students and their families
"To mark this transition to intern status, each student will be presented with his or her individualized set of Logan business cards," said Dr. Carl W. Saubert IV, vice president of academic affairs.
After completing the Logan Student Health Center experience under the direction of Dr. Muriel Périllat and the other health center clinicians, these students begin their formal outpatient clinical experience in one of seven Logan health centers located throughout metropolitan St. Louis.
