Logan Tri 7 Students Receive Business Cards in Special Ceremony
February 14, 2013
When Logan students reach Trimester 7 and have successfully completed their competency board examinations, they become eligible to begin providing chiropractic care to students and student family members in the Logan Student Health Center. To mark this significant milestone, 70 new Tri-7 students attended a special February 12 ceremony in the lobby of the William D. Purser, DC Center on the Logan campus where they formally received their Logan clinic business cards.
At this Tri-7 Card Ceremony, each student was recognized individually by Professor Muriel Périllat, MS, DC, Logan’s director of student health, and Associate Professor Ralph Barrale, DC, vice president of chiropractic affairs and postgraduate education, and awarded his or her business cards to signify the start of practical clinical experience as an intern in the Logan clinic system. Dr. Carl W. Saubert IV, Logan’s interim president, delivered congratulatory remarks. Ms. Linda Kenny, MA, director of Logan’s career development center, served as mistress of ceremonies.
