Logan College of Chiropractic/University Programs Introduces New Mobile Website
February 7, 2012
In August 2011, after almost a year of development, Logan College of Chiropractic/University Programs premiered its redesigned website as part of Phase One of a comprehensive integrated marketing campaign. As part of Phase Two of this campaign, Logan recently launched a mobile website geared toward first-time visitors, students and patients, allowing them easier access while on the go via their phones or tablet devices.
According to Dr. Boyd Bradshaw, vice president of enrollment management at Logan College of Chiropractic/University Programs, the mobile website introduction is the latest technological feature to enhance Logan’s strong online presence. “Visitors can now access the information they need in a quick and easy way. They can also request information and schedule a visit to campus directly from their mobile device,” said Dr. Bradshaw.
Dr. Bradshaw added that the introduction of the mobile website extends the reach of Logan’s branding and consistent messaging. “Our goal is to keep Logan’s mobile website updated constantly with current, accurate information. Its implementation completes Phase Two of the redevelopment of our online marketing campaign.” Dr. Bradshaw noted that visitors to the mobile website can access the full Logan website by clicking on “Full Site” at the bottom of the screen of the phones or tablet devices.
Over the past 18 months, Logan has completed a complete redesign of its website, online videos, news updates, calendars as well as Facebook posts and Twitter feeds. Logan's RSS feed, which is located on the front page left hand side navigation below the social media links, enables website visitors to subscribe to frequently updated pages on the website using an RSS reader like Google Reader.
