Dr. Billie McElwrath, M.S., D.C., completed her master’s degree in nutrition and human performance on May 29, 2012. Dr. McElwrath’s degree was bestowed by Dr. George A. Goodman, D.C., F.I.C.C., president of Logan College of Chirorpactic/University Programs, on June 1, 2012.
Dr. McElwrath’s thesis was on high fructose corn syrup and sucrose in health and obesity. Dr. McElwrath is the first graduate in the nutrition and human performance program, which was established in spring 2011.
