Psychotic Salad

Psychotic salad is a fun and delicious summer meal or side.
Ingredients
1lb chicken breast (boiled and shredded)
Coleslaw mix without dressing (just cabbage) pr cut up half of a head of green cabbage
Green onion (to your liking)
1/2 cup almonds - chopped or shaved
2 tbsp sesame seeds
1-2 packages top raman (crumbled)
Chicken-flavored seasoning packets from ramen noodles
1/2 cup canola oil
2 tbsp sugar
3 1/2 tbsp apple-cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Instructions
Combine everything and enjoy! It always tastes better if you chill it for a few hours because it marinates!
Nutrition Information
The main ingredient is green cabbage, which is a great source of fiber and vitamins C and K. It also is a good source of Vitamin B6, folate, and manganese. The white meat from the chicken is a healthy source of protein. The almonds and sesame seeds are good sources of essential minerals. The canola oil is a good source of vitamins E, K and monounsaturated fats.
