Submitted by Toby Hall

Ingredients
1 Papaya
Juice of 1 lime
1 Large Banana
1 ½ Cups freshly squeezed orange juice
¼ tsp. Ginger

Instructions
  1. Halve the papaya and scoop out and discard the gray-black seeds. Scoop out the flesh and chop coarsely, then toss with the lime juice. Peel and slice the banana.
  2. Place the papaya, banana, orange juice and ginger in a blender and process until thoroughly combined. Pour, serve and enjoy!
Nutrition Information
The papaya is extremely high in carotenes, which are linked with cancer prevention and healthy lungs and eyes! The papaya flesh is also a great source of fiber which helps control blook sugar levels by slowing sugar absorption. In addition, it is one of the richest fruits in potassium and much higher in calcium than most other fruits.
