Almond and Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
Heaping, ¾ C. Whole Blanched Almonds
2 ½ C. Milk (Soy, Skim…)
2 Ripe Bananas, Halved
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Ground Cinnamon for Dusting

Instructions
  1. Place the almonds in a food processor and process until very finely chopped. Add the milk, bananas, and vanilla extract and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour, dust with cinnamon and serve.
Nutrition Information
Almonds are high in vitamin E which offers protection against cancer, heart disease, heart attacks and strokes, arthritis, infertility and skin problems. Almonds are rich in monounsaturated fats which helps keep hunger at bay and assist people in losing weight.
