  • Ulnar sided wrist pain and tenderness
  • Mild limitation of range of motion with ulnar deviation and pronation

  1. Subperiosteal fluid collection
  2. Fluid collection adjacent to the distal ulna
  3. Hyperechoic mass adherent to interosseous membrane
  4. Perforation of the interosseous membrane

  2. Heterogeneous appearance in region of triangular fibrocartilage
  3. Bone fragmentation
  4. Chondrocalcinosis

What is your final diagnosis?

  1. Avulsion of ulnar styloid process
  2. Scaphoid fracture/dislocation
  3. Suspected rupture of TFCC
  4. Ulnar impaction syndrome
