Parking Lot Closures - October 21st

The Ronald McDonald House Charity Event will be held on Logan’s campus in the Purser Center from 8:00 am to 12:30 pm on Tuesday, October 21st.  Parking lots 4, 5 and 7 will be reserved for guests to this event.  

Logan is asking those who can carpool and share transportation to please do so.  Logan’s Physical Plant will provide assistance in parking and is asking everyone to please be patient and follow instructions from the parking attendants.

The President’s Own United States Marine Band - September 9th

On September 9th, 2014 at 7:30pm, The Purser Center will be hosting The President’s Own United States Marine Band. The United States Marine Band is America’s oldest continuously active professional musical organization. Its mission is unique—to provide music for the President of the United States and the Commandant of the Marine Corps.

The speaker will be Dr. Lawrence H. Wyatt, and his topic is Radiology and the Athlete’s Knee. Dr. Wyatt is a 1984 graduate of Logan and completed his radiology residency at Los Angeles College of Chiropractic. Currently, in addition to maintaining his radiology practice, he is a professor at Texas Chiropractic College and is active in many professional organizations and activities.

All third and fourth period Trimester 7, 8, and 9 classes on Thursday are canceled so students may attend the Oration and hear Dr. Wyatt’s presentation. Faculty, staff, and all other students are invited and encouraged to attend as schedules allow.

Please help welcome Dr. Wyatt back to Logan’s campus and support the program in honor of Dr. Howe.

St. Louis Civic Orchestra - April 13th



The St. Louis Civic Orchestra will be playing at Logan's Purser Center on Sunday, April 13th at 3:00pm.

The performance is scheduled to include: 

  • Prelude to Hansel and Gretel - Engelbert Humperdinck
  • Violin Concerto, Mvt. I - Pyotr IlyichTchaikovsky 
    Featuring the 2014 Florence Frager Young Artist Competition Winner: Julia (Gee O) Son
  • Reformation Symphony: Symphony No. 5 in D major/D minor - Felix Mendelssohn
