Just take a look at the topics and instructors. Dr. Nelson Marquina is a world-renowned expert on Laser Therapy. In this interactive presentation, Dr. Marquina shows us how to treat with a Low Level Laser by examining the area with Thermography before and after treatment so that results are immediately apparent to you and to your patient. Dr. Marquina’s lecture is titled "Laser Therapy and the Chiropractor."

Then join us as Dr. Manuel Duarte introduces BACSYS, the therapeutic exercise system that can take your practice to the next level. In this hands-on session, Dr. Duarte discusses therapeutic exercise for rotator cuff syndrome, low back stabilization, and patellar tracking disorder. Great stuff! Non-Ablative Long Wave Radio Frequency (RF) is a powerful adjunct for pain control and tissue healing as is Microcurrent. Nelson Thibodeaux is an expert on both of these modalities, and will provide a hands-on demonstration for you. Dr. Howard Loomis’ system of Stress Point Evaluation reveals structural indicators that assist in clinical certainty. Our next presentation combines two of the hottest topics in healthcare today – sports and nutrition. Dr. Michael Trexler teaches us how to integrate sports nutrition into our practices whether we are treating elite athletes, weekend warriors,or our regular patients. Dr. Trexler’s lecture is titled The Physiologic Effects of Electrolyte Balance in Human Performance.

Dr. Steven Zilke is both a Physical Therapist and a Doctor of Chiropractic. He is a well-known expert in rehab therapy specifically designed for chiropractors. In this session you will interact with Dr. Zilke and try out the latest in rehab techniques so that you can teach your patients how to use these procedures to speed the healing process. There are few tools more effective for showing patient progress to insurance companies, attorneys, and to the patients themselves than visual proof. Thermography provides an easy and effective means to measure patient progress. Dr. Frederick Schurger and Joseph Titone will demonstrate the use of thermography and provide examples of patient graphs showing thermographic changes following chiropractic care.

Our next presenter is Dr. Doris Kutz-Compton who has worked in the field of nutrition and wellness for more than 20 years. Dr. Kutz-Compton presents Endocrine Wellness a fascinating discussion and demonstration of endocrine balance through evaluation, testing and protocol application. And for something completely different, Dr. Jim Shores provides an introduction and overview of Auriculotherapy. Auriculotherapy is a powerful modality for pain control and for use in stop-smoking protocols and a multitude of various conditions and maladies. Dr. Shores will show you how to use this powerful therapy up close and personal.
