New Student Orientation
September 8th and 9th

Welcome to Logan University! New Student Orientation is a two-day event which prepares incoming students for life at Logan. Learn about Academics, Student Services, Financial Aid and more!


Orientation Schedule
 
Day 1 - Monday, September 8th

Required for all new DC, MS and Undergraduate students

Registration begins at 1:30pm.

Learn about Logan University and what it means to be a member of this community. Speakers will cover Student Health Services, Financial Aid, Career Development and Information Technology.

The White Coat Ceremony for DC students begins at 5:00pm and concludes with a reception. DC students will receive their Doctor's Bag and White Coat during the ceremony. Friends and family are welcome to attend.

Day 2 - Tuesday, September 9th
Required for all new DC students

Breakfast begins at 7:30am. Students need to bring their iPads for today's program.

Learn about Academic Policies, a Year One Overview, Professional Conduct, ExamSoft and more.

The program concludes with lunch at 11:30am.

Online-Only Students

Attending orientation is optional and not required for online-only students. For online-only students, all courses with a Blackboard course site associated with them are released to the students the Friday before the start of the trimester. At that time, students will receive an email with instructions for accessing Blackboard.
