- Process all National Board applications for all 4 Parts.
- Process State Board applications for students and alumni.
- Provide Notary Service to Logan Community.
- Degree Audit for graduation, organizing Senior Check-out, ordering diplomas and other certificates for graduation
- Master’s degree Co-ordination – communicating with applicants, completing the file, evaluating the transcripts, registration, etc.
Request a Transcript To request an official transcript, a student or alumnus must send a request in writing either by regular mail or fax with payment of $5.00. We can accept a check or credit card with expiration date to cover the fee. There is no fee for an unofficial transcript, but the individual still needs to send a request in writing. We do not accept requests from e-mail.
Request a Transcript- Students in a 3+3 Program To request an official transcript send a request in writing either by regular mail or fax. The normal payment of $5.00 will be waived for students in a 3+3 program with one of our partner institutions. There is no fee for an unofficial transcript, but the individual still needs to send a request in writing. We do not accept requests from e-mail.
Registration Current students can access the packet of material via a link in IQ Web called “Registration Form Acceptance” under Online Submissions in the Menu System. Students can view the information by clicking on the yellow box that says “click here to review registration information”. Documents can be printed by clicking on the blue “print” button at the bottom of the page. On the Acceptance Form, you will need to check all boxes indicating that you agree to these statements regarding payment of fees, financial aid, etc. At the bottom of the form you will see a box with blue writing that says: “I have read the Registration Information and agree to the above and request to be enrolled.” When you click on that box, you have completed your registration for the current term. Please remember to change your address in the Registrar’s Office whenever you move so that we can always have the most updated information for you. This is not a scheduling program. If you are a full trimester student, you will automatically be enrolled in the following trimester’s courses and if you are an unclassified student, you will still need to meet with your academic advisor to prepare your current trimester schedule.
