How do I apply for financial aid?
- You must apply for financial aid (including student loans) by completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
- The electronic version is available online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.
How will I know how much financial aid I am receiving? - If you visit Logan, we may be able to provide you with an estimate of the financial aid package you would receive as a Logan student.
- When you are officially admitted for enrollment and your financial aid file is complete, you will receive an award letter outlining your aid.
How will I pay for tuition and books if I am receiving financial aid? - If your financial aid file is complete and you are eligible for aid, tuition charges will be collected from your financial aid funds.
- The remaining financial aid will be disbursed to you shortly after the beginning of your enrollment period.
- Books must be purchased with your own funds. Charging books to your financial aid is not an option at this time.
What happens if my financial aid file is not complete before classes begins? - You must make every effort to complete your financial aid file. If not, aid may not be disbursed and funds may not be available for living expenses.
- Arrangements must be made with the college business office regarding tuition payment.
